Q) How many rolls do I need to order?
A) First, determine the square feet of each of the walls you want to Wallpapers.com. Measure the width and height of the wall then multiply those two numbers to give you the square feet. We recommend adding 15-20% to this number. Now divide your square feet number by 33.75 (all of our rolls are 33.75 square feet) to give you the number of rolls you need to order.
For example if you have a wall that is 10 feet wide by 9 feet tall the calculation would be:
9 x 10 = 90 square feet
90 + 20% = 108 square feet
108/33.75 = 3.2 or 4 rolls

Q) Whats the difference between your rolls?
A) Our Wallpaper Rolls are a paste on, more traditional application and installed with wallpaper paste. Our Removable Rolls use a clear adhesive, meant for smooth painted walls and are much easier to reposition. Both are PVC free, 100% Non-Toxic and made in America. Additional details HERE.

A) Installing wallpaper can be a tad overwhelming for some people so we recommend you find a qualified & professional installer near you. If you are an avid DIY professional just double check all your measurements prior to ordering.

Q) Where can my DesignyourWallpaper.com wallpaper be used?
A) Our wallpaper is a paste on application so it can be used anywhere wallpaper paste is meant to be used. Wallpapers.com Removable Rolls are a intended for painted drywall but a little more diverse, remember easy to apply and easy to remove, get creative!

Your order will ship via UPS in 5 business days and arrive to you within 7 to 10 business days.
For inventory availability, shipping quotes, expedited orders or orders outside the Continental U.S. (including Canada), please call Customer Service at (888) 817-4675.
For Canadian orders, all custom brokerage charges, duties and taxes will apply.
DesignyourWallpaper.com does not ship to APO addresses.

Returns
Wallpapers.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return any of your products that are unused and in new condition within 30 days of purchase date for a refund (excluding made to order items, shipping and handling fees.) No refunds after 30 days.
No returns allowed on made to order items.
Some important information to know regarding your return:
Returned product must be unused and in its original condition. We do not accept returns of any damaged or soiled merchandise.
Custom Mural sets are non-refundable.
Wallpapers.com does not accept CODs.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Customers must obtain advance authorization from a DesignyourWallpaper.com Customer Care representative in order to return merchandise. Please email at us@wallpapers.com within a 30 day period to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
Customers are responsible for packaging and shipping returned products. We recommend you insure your package with a reputable carrier. Any damage caused during return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, if eligible Wallpapers.com will refund your purchase price.
We cannot accept items purchased through a retailer, vendor or distributor. Please contact the retailer, vendor or distributor directly for further information and assistance.
Customer refusal of any shipment is billable to the customer for both the return and original shipping costs as well as a 30% restocking fee.
